About Us
Identity Diversity Legality Founded in 2014, we are the first specialized Legal Bureau focused on the LGBTTTI community in Mexico, we provide services to foreigners and companies in terms of protection and legal consulting.
Our Bureau is recognized by academic instances, government institutions in Mexico, international organizations and duly collegiate lawyers. We are permanently updated in the creation, progression and execution of the LGBTTTI rights in Mexico.
We have collaborated in the drafting of the laws for the LGBTTTI citizens in the Constitution of Mexico City and we are recognized by transnational companies for the adoption and implementation of labor inclusion programs and homologation of rights at their workplaces for the LGBTTTI community.
We are accredited and recognized by eight embassies in Mexico, under the precedent of success stories of foreign citizens and companies to which we have provided services.
Identity, Diversity, Legality is a group of lawyers graduated from prestigious universities, committed and specialized with the recognition and application of the entire regulatory body, and international treaties that recognize, protect and exercise all their application for the benefit of the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transvestite, transexual, transgender and intersexual community in the logic of understanding that diversity is just a value of coexistence, with a deep ethic, respect and solidarity based on an arduous and energetic work.
The experience of our Legal Bureau is focused mainly to mediation, advice, consultancy and legal sponsorship focused on the LGBTTTI+ community.
